Shop with peace of mind knowing that all eligible* items in your order are protected against return fees and covered if lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Return or exchange your items without any extra hidden fees, like handling fees or restocking fees.*Some items may not be eligible for this service, such as items that are final sale or subject to certain promotional terms. By opting out of this service, you will be responsible for a return label fee of $11.95. Your package won’t be protected if lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. The price of this service includes a $1.98 flat fee, plus 2% of the cart total. In certain states, sales tax may also be included in the total.Package Protection

Simply get a refund when you report your package as lost, stolen, or damaged in transit within 7 days of its scheduled delivery.

All issues must be reported within 90 days of the order date. The maximum value covered by Package Protection is $5,000 per order.
If a shopper runs into one of these issues with their order, they can initiate a Package Protection claim. Shoppers can open claims by either contacting the merchant directly or using the Seel Resolution Center, which is linked in the Checkout+ confirmation email sent to the shopper.
